After a six-game losing streak, the Aggies were able to deliver an exciting upset to get back into the win column. Facing No. 21 Alabama was no easy task but with the likes of Senior guard Ny’Ceara Pryor and Junior forward Fatmata Janneh, they were able to come out on top 72-69.
The Texas Aggie Softball team took on the Texas Tech Red Raiders this past Saturday, February 7th, at Davis Diamond before a record-setting crowd of 2,880 in Aggieland. After 7 innings, the final score was 3-2 with Texas Tech prevailing.
In a packed-out Reed Arena along with the “Blackout” tradition and red, blue and white lights, Texas A&M men’s basketball faced off against No. 17 Florida for the No. 1 seed in the Southeastern Conference. Despite the season-high number of students attending, the Gators stomped the Aggies, 86-67.
The Texas Aggies had an electric win over the ACU Wildcats in their season opener at Davis Diamond in College Station. The Aggies dominated with a score of 8 - 0. Here is the inning by inning breakdown of the gameday action.
